Public sources only. Without your analytics it cannot tell you what your visitors did, only what the search landscape looks like.
It is a point in time, not a monitor.
The competitive sections depend on external data providers. If a provider is degraded, the affected section says so rather than estimating.
It produces the assessment and the priority order. Carrying out the work is separate.
