NexVerto builds websites, automation and AI tooling for small businesses. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only, and not systems we operate for clients under a signed agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
Information you give us
You only give us information if you choose to fill something in. This is exactly what each form on this site asks for:
Fit review and enquiry form:
- your name and business name
- email address
- phone number if you enter it
- the budget you indicate and whether it is one-off or ongoing
- your timing
- how you would like us to follow up
- and what you write describing the problem
Partner enquiry form:
- your company
- email address
- phone number
- your area of focus
- your website
- and what you write describing the proposed relationship
Every form also carries a hidden field used to catch automated spam. It records nothing about you.
What you send through a form is added to our contact records so we can evaluate and answer your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. You can ask us to remove you at any time and we will.
The assistant on this site
This site offers a voice and chat assistant. If you use it, what you say or type is processed by the third-party platform that powers it in order to answer you, and we keep conversation transcripts so we can check it is answering correctly and improve it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information to the assistant.
Information collected automatically
This site can use Google tags to count visits and see which pages people read. They do not load until you agree on the notice shown on the site. If you decline, they are never requested at all. When they do load they set cookies and record your rough location, your device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived. They are configured to shorten your network address, and to switch off Google's advertising and cross-site signals, so the measurement cannot be used to build an advertising profile of you. We use this only as statistics. We do not use it to identify you and we do not use it for advertising.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them and Google sees your network address when it does.
Like any website, our servers record the ordinary details of each request so the site can run and so we can find and stop abuse. A security and delivery network sits in front of the site and handles the same details in order to serve pages quickly and to filter out attacks and automated traffic.
When a form is sent, we note the network address it came from so that nobody can flood the form with automated submissions.
What is stored in your browser
Besides the cookies described above, this site keeps a small note in your own browser:
- your answer to the analytics question — so you are not asked again on every page
It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Payment
Where you pay us through this site, the payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles that payment under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To answer you when you get in touch.
- To keep the website working, fast and secure.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
- To take and confirm payment when you buy something.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
- Google provides the analytics tags described above, and the typefaces the pages use.
- Stripe processes payments, as described above.
- We also rely on a small number of service providers to run the site: a company that hosts this website, a security and delivery network that sits in front of it, a company that delivers the email a form submission generates, and a company that holds our contact records. They only ever receive what they need to do that job and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and for as long afterwards as we need it as an ordinary business record, or as tax and accounting law requires. When it is no longer needed for either, it is deleted.
If you ask to be removed from our contact records, we act on that when you ask.
Request records kept by the server and by the security network are held only as long as they are useful for running the site and investigating abuse, and are then discarded. Analytics data is held under the retention setting configured in the analytics product and is then deleted automatically.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Get in touch and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it. Get in touch and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you. Say so and we will take you off our contact records.
- Change your mind about analytics. Use the notice on the site to withdraw or change your choice at any time.
If you live in California, another US state with a privacy law, the EEA or the UK, you have specific rights over your personal information, which include getting a copy of it, having it corrected, having it deleted and, in some cases, having it moved. Ask us and we will act on your request. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising a right.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection. What you send through a form travels encrypted and goes to the person who answers enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum that lets us do our job, which is the most effective protection there is.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, we will update this page.
