Stop paying for the same work twice
When the same job keeps coming back, we build you a package that handles it. It gets designed with you in a discovery meeting, not picked off a page, and it can include custom work where the standard services do not reach. We keep the infrastructure and monitoring running underneath it.
It is not a plan you pick from a page. It gets designed with you, because the combination that suits your operation is rarely the default one.
How a package gets built
This happens in a discovery meeting, not through a form.
- We work out what actually repeatsWhich jobs come round again, how often, who currently does them, and where the time genuinely goes. This is usually different from what it looks like from the outside.
- We choose the tools that fitFrom what already exists on the shelf. Nothing is included because it rounds out a package.
- We decide who operates whatSome businesses want to run the tools themselves. Some want the results and nothing else. Most want a split, and the split is the interesting part.
- We add custom work where the tools do not reachA package can include scope for integrations or bespoke work when the standard tools stop short of what you need. That sits inside the package rather than becoming a separate project you have to manage.
- We agree what is included, and what is notVolumes, frequency, human capacity, reporting, support. Nothing is unlimited by implication, and the boundaries are written down before anything starts.
What we keep underneath
The infrastructure, the monitoring, and the updates as models and tooling change. The parts that break at three in the morning are ours to catch, not yours to report.
When something improves for one business on the platform, it improves for everyone on it. You do not pay again for that and you do not migrate to get it.
Where this came from
This was the incubator: build the capability a business cannot afford to hire, and let them operate it. That is still what it is. The name changed because it is an ongoing arrangement rather than a programme with an end date.
Terms are negotiable and every arrangement is qualified individually. Nothing here is a standard package, and that is deliberate.
Before you come here
A package is worth it when the work genuinely repeats. If it does not yet, these are cheaper.
Run a single tool
One tool, once, on your own business. It costs very little and tells you whether the standard machinery already covers you.
