What follows is what this service does well and where it falls short. Both lists are real. The second one is not there for balance, it is there because you will meet it.

Good results

Bad results, and where it disappoints

It depends on the source staying reachable. A private, deleted or region-blocked video cannot be decoded.
Transcription quality follows audio quality. Heavy accents, crosstalk and background noise all degrade it.
On-screen text reading is good, not perfect, especially on stylised captions.
Long videos cost more and can stop at their spend ceiling and return what was produced up to that point.
