Being built now. It is not open for orders and we are not promising a date, because we do not have one to promise.
What follows is what this service does well and where it falls short. Both lists are real. The second one is not there for balance, it is there because you will meet it.
Good results
- Continuity: the same person knows your history, so nothing gets re-explained
- Reserved capacity on a schedule, not best-effort when someone is free
- Directs the work rather than only advising on it
- Costs a fraction of the salary the equivalent hire would need
Bad results, and where it disappoints
- It is a fraction of a person. It does not replace a full-time executive on a business that genuinely needs one
- It reserves real calendar capacity, so it is a commitment on both sides
- If the decisions are infrequent, hourly Consulting is cheaper and we will say so
