One-off consulting by the hour. A client brings a specific question, decision, or situation — architecture, vendor selection, a technical hire, a security posture review. Rate is scoped per Engagement.

Technology leadership Retainer

Ongoing senior technology leadership inside the business. A minimum of five committed hours per month, with a three-month minimum term. Rate and structure are defined together at the start of the Engagement based on the scope of responsibilities and committed hours.
