Effective August 10, 2026. These terms govern your use of the nexverto.com website and the Atlas demonstration. They do not govern client work. Client work is governed by a signed agreement between you and NexVerto LLC. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls for the work it covers.
This site is information, not an offer
Descriptions of capabilities on this site explain what we can do. They are not an offer, a quote, a price, or a commitment to perform work. Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement, and we may decline any inquiry.
Nothing on this site guarantees revenue, savings, search rankings, uptime, delivery dates, or business results. Any commitment of that kind exists only where it is written into a signed agreement.
The Atlas demonstration
Atlas is provided as a public demonstration, as-is, for illustration only. Its responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions. Do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, legal documents, customer records, or other sensitive or confidential material to it.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its underlying systems, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, submit malicious content, or use it to violate the law or another party rights.
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by NexVerto LLC. Our internal tools, systems, reusable components, and infrastructure remain our property. What a client owns from an engagement is defined in that engagement agreement, not by this site.
This site depends on third-party services including content delivery, email delivery, analytics, and voice and chat processing. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexVerto LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or the Atlas demonstration. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. We provide services to businesses across the United States.
