Handle reservations and private events while the venue runs.
NexVerto connects reservations, event promotion, guest lists, and private-booking follow-up so venue staff can stay focused on service.
Inquiries →A reservation and a private event are different operating problems
A table request may need a date, party size, seating window, and a reliable view of capacity. A private event can involve room selection, minimum spend, entertainment, security, food or beverage requirements, contract terms, and a deposit. When both arrive through calls, social messages, and a shared inbox, staff have to reconstruct the request during service.
NexVerto separates routine questions from requests that create financial or operational commitments. Approved information can be answered consistently. Availability promises, pricing changes, exceptions, and event terms remain with the people authorized to make them.

What the venue must control before requests are automated
The system begins with the venue’s real capacity and approval rules, not a generic reservation script.
- Reservation authority
- Which tables, rooms, dates, and party sizes can be confirmed automatically; when a request is only an inquiry; and who reviews over-capacity or special-seating requests.
- Private-event qualification
- Date, headcount, space, budget range, service expectations, entertainment, accessibility needs, and the information required before staff spend time preparing terms.
- Current venue information
- Hours, cover, age restrictions, dress expectations, closures, sold-out dates, event changes, and which source staff update so every customer-facing channel uses the same answer.
- Commitments and handoff
- Quotes, minimums, contracts, refunds, disputes, and safety-sensitive requests stay behind an explicit human approval. The system records the request and the next owner without pretending the decision has been made.
NexVerto tests the intake against normal service, after-hours requests, incomplete event details, and capacity conflicts before it is allowed to confirm anything.
Paid services and the Incubator are separate engagements
An established operation can fund a defined build through Technical & Operational Services. Eligible early-stage businesses can apply separately to the Incubator Program, where approved hosting and development costs are recovered before profit sharing under written, MRR-linked terms. Qualification, responsibilities, and any intellectual-property limitations are determined during review.
