When you request a call we collect your name, phone number and email. We use them only to contact you about your request and any work you ask NexVerto about.

If you choose to stay informed, you get occasional NexVerto emails; a call request may also receive follow-up emails, each with a one-click unsubscribe.

If you arrived through an ad or a tagged link, its campaign tags, the referring site and your first page here are saved with your request.

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers.

To see which parts of our pages people use, we record anonymous clicks and how far each page is scrolled, with no cookies, no IP address and nothing you type.

We keep it 90 days and skip it when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

They are stored in NexVerto's own systems and in our email provider, SendGrid, which we use to send our messages.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Text messages

If you sign up for NexVerto Account Alerts, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent: the date, time, page and wording you agreed to.

We use them only to send the account texts you asked for: billing reminders, scheduled maintenance notices and priority account messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Twilio, the service that delivers our texts, receives your number only to send them.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
